For multiple items, the highest first-item price applies once. Every remaining item uses its additional-item price.

Book by 2pm local time for same-day pickup. The cutoff uses the time at your pickup address.

You can also book ahead, including available weekend dates. Choose from the pickup dates shown when you book.

Your pickup is scheduled for a day, not an exact appointment time. We’ll text you when your hauler is on the way.

You don’t need to be home if your items are outside and accessible. If you’ve arranged a building-access handoff with us, be available for that agreed plan.

Dropcurb starts outside. We don’t carry items out of your home or down interior stairs. You get them to an accessible outdoor spot; we handle loading, transportation and disposal.

Need to add items, move your pickup or cancel? Contact us as soon as plans change. What we can change, and any refund, depends on how far your pickup has progressed.
