Do you pick up in small towns and rural areas?
Yes. Dropcurb serves small towns and rural communities as well as major cities. Your town does not need its own Dropcurb page for you to book a pickup.
Can I book if my ZIP code or city isn’t listed?
Yes. Dropcurb’s local guides are not a coverage limit. Choose your items and enter your actual pickup address during checkout. No call to confirm your US city is required.
How can Dropcurb serve so many places?
Dropcurb arranges pickups through its hauler network and local service providers. We can arrange a provider for your location rather than limiting orders to cities with a local office or a dedicated city page.
Can I book for an address in another city?
Yes. Use the location where the items will be picked up, even if you are somewhere else. Dropcurb collects the pickup address at checkout; you do not need to share your device location to browse.
Are prices different in different locations?
Dropcurb uses the same item prices nationwide. Choose your items to see the pickup price. Loading, transport and disposal are included.
Can I get a same-day pickup?
Book by 2pm in the pickup location’s local time for same-day pickup. Choose your pickup day during booking. The cutoff is not an arrival time.
Do my items need to be at the curb?
No. Dropcurb picks up accepted items from outside-accessible places such as a driveway, the side of a house or a permitted building loading area. Have a clear path to the items before pickup. They do not need to be outside when you book.
