How You Opt In

When you provide your phone number on our website and check the consent checkbox, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Dropcurb. This occurs at the following points:

  • When booking a junk removal pickup
  • When requesting a quote to be texted to you
  • When providing contact information for your order

  • Booking Confirmations: Confirmation of your scheduled pickup with date and details.
  • Driver Updates: Real-time notifications when your hauler is en route or has completed pickup.
  • Quote Reminders: If you requested a quote, we'll text you the details and a link to book.
  • Promotional Offers: Occasional discounts and special offers (you can opt out of these separately).

Important Disclosures

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typically 2-5 messages per booking.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers Supported: SMS messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.

Consent Not Required: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Dropcurb.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all Dropcurb SMS messages.

Reply HELP: Text HELP for assistance or contact information.
