The cleanup after the work

The project is done. Get your space back.

The new bathroom is ready, but the old vanity is still outside. A replaced door is taking up space you need. Put those leftover items on a pickup plan, with the price settled and updates through the final haul-away.

Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

  1. Arrange the removal work

Have the fixture safely detached and any plumbing or electrical connections handled by an appropriate professional. We do not remove installed fixtures or perform demolition.

  2. Keep the booked items separate

Have the fixtures empty and ready at ground level. Keep them apart from rubble, loose renovation materials, tools and anything you want to keep.

  3. Show the outdoor handoff

Use a permitted outdoor spot with a clear path. Add a location photo and notes on your order page so the right entrance and the right items are easy to identify.

Construction and demolition material

Not on the regular city route

The contract states that the hauler is not required to pick up construction debris or carpet, so renovation material needs another arrangement.

City cost & eligibility
Construction debris and carpet are outside the contract. A private hauler or facility sets its own acceptance and price, and Waste Connections can quote an additional service at 501-232-1410.
When & how
Arrange the private route before the project starts, and describe each material and whether a contractor generated it.
Get it ready
Keep construction debris and carpet out of the kerb pile so the bulky allowance is not refused. Fence sections are the exception: they are accepted in the bulky pile only when cut to four feet or less with no concrete at the ends of the posts.

With a new purchase

Ask the hauler about services outside the contract

A household with construction debris, carpet or a load larger than the two-yard bulky allowance that needs a paid arrangement.

Cost & conditions
The flyer directs residents to contact Waste Connections for any additional services and publishes no price, so the amount is quoted by the company.
Arrange it
Call Waste Connections at 501-232-1410 to describe the load and get a quote, or ask Cabot Public Works at 501-843-4819 for the current options.

These are paid services outside the contract rather than part of the residential allowance, and the company decides what it will accept.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Cabot has no city-run drop-off yard in the documents it publishes. The residential service is a city contract with Waste Connections: one black-lidded garbage cart and one yellow-lidded recycling cart per address, everything at the kerb by 7 a.m., and a weekly bulky allowance of two yards that names stoves, refrigerators with evidence of Freon removal, water tanks, washing machines and furniture. What the contract does not have to take, including construction debris, carpet, large dead animals, hazardous waste and stable matter, has to be arranged separately with the hauler at 501-232-1410 or with Cabot Public Works at 501-843-4819. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Cabot.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Cabot?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Cabot?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Will the Cabot hauler take construction debris?

No. The contract says Waste Connections is not required to pick up construction debris, carpet, large dead animals, hazardous waste or stable matter with weights or volumes greater than those allowed for the listed containers. Fence sections are accepted in the bulky pile when cut to four feet or less with no concrete on the posts.Official guidance
