For a short move within the yard, use only a wheel or moving method approved for your model. For off-property transport, follow the manufacturer’s disassembly instructions and use the required helpers. If the frame cannot pass the gate or fit the vehicle, arrange the appropriate dismantling work before pickup.

Prepare it before pickup
Customers can book before staging the item, but the trampoline must be outside and accessible before pickup. Dropcurb does not include dismantling or indoor carry-out, so arrange that work separately when needed.
