If you are replacing a couch, arrange removal separately unless your order specifically confirms it.

When Dropcurb fits
For accepted old furniture already outside and accessible, Dropcurb handles loading, transport and disposal. A straight sofa or loveseat fits the accepted item definition; you arrange moving it outside before pickup because indoor carry-out is not available.
