Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction, demolition and remodeling debris

Special rules apply

Building materials are not allowed in a Fullerton bulky pickup, and the city's own disposal centre accepts construction and demolition debris for self-haul instead.

City cost & eligibility
The city publishes no rate for construction and demolition loads at its disposal centre, so confirm the gate charge and the load limits with Republic Services at 1-800-700-8610 before hauling.
When & how
Haul the load to the Public Disposal Center at 2790 Coronado Street in Anaheim, open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and closed Sunday, or arrange a container through the hauler.
Get it ready
Keep building material out of the bulky load, because the city refuses it there, and separate construction and demolition debris from household material so the load can be handled and priced cleanly at the gate.

What never rides a Fullerton bulky pile

Paint, tires and motor oil are refused in a bulky item pickup, and so are building materials and any hazardous waste. Mirrors and glass have to be taped before the pickup, and the acceptable list runs from appliances and lawnmowers to furniture, beds, sofas, chairs, wood and fish tanks. Anything hazardous goes to the county collection centre on Blue Gum Avenue instead.

Six holidays delay collection by a day

Republic Services observes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. When one falls in a collection week, service is delayed one day for the remainder of that week. The hauler's customer service line is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Haul the load to the Public Disposal Center

A household or contractor with construction and demolition debris, green waste, appliance or white goods, or tires that cannot go on a bulky pile.

Cost & conditions
The city publishes no gate rate for the disposal centre, so confirm the charge for the load and the accepted material with Republic Services at 1-800-700-8610 before hauling.
Arrange it
Drive to 2790 Coronado Street in Anaheim, open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., closed Sunday.

The centre is a self-haul facility rather than a curbside service, and the city lists it as the route for construction and demolition debris, green waste, appliances and tires rather than hazardous waste.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Fullerton keeps almost everything on the curbside route, because residents get unlimited bulky item pickups a calendar year with unlimited items in each collection, and the acceptable list covers appliances, lawnmowers, furniture, beds, sofas, chairs, wood, fish tanks and taped mirrors or glass. Two materials are the exceptions: paint, tires and motor oil are refused in a bulky load, and building materials are not allowed at all. The self-haul answer is the franchise disposal centre at 2790 Coronado Street in Anaheim, open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., which takes municipal solid waste, construction and demolition debris, green waste, appliances and tires for a charge confirmed at the gate. Household chemicals take a different route entirely: paint, antifreeze, batteries, used oil, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, computers and electronics go to the County of Orange centre at 1071 N. Blue Gum Avenue in Anaheim, open Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and closed on holidays and rainy days, where sharps are also accepted in a sealed and labelled container. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Fullerton.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Fullerton?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Fullerton?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

The city's Public Disposal Center at 2790 Coronado Street in Anaheim accepts construction and demolition debris at the gate, Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the rate confirmed at 1-800-700-8610.Official guidance
