Novato's self-haul route is the Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 7576 Redwood Blvd, which serves Novato residents without an appointment on four days a month and takes electronic waste, televisions, paint, batteries, motor oil, sharps and small propane tanks. Residents outside Novato use the county facility in San Rafael, which excludes this city. Household batteries can also go in a sealed clear bag on top of the blue recycling cart on collection day, and a free residential electronic waste pickup runs on Mondays and Thursdays except holidays. Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
