Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition material

Not on the regular city route

Construction and demolition material does not ride the bulky pickup and goes to a Riverside County landfill at the published gate fees.

City cost & eligibility
From $43.2 for the minimum routine refuse load at a Riverside County landfill. The schedule effective July 1, 2026 charges $43.20 for a routine refuse load of 0.81 tons or less, $57.10 for hard-to-handle refuse, $52.75 for mixed green refuse and $37.05 for clean green, plus $25.00 for an uncovered or unsecured load. Landfills accept construction, demolition and renovation waste including concrete and asphalt, and refuse chemically treated wood.
When & how
Cover and secure the load, then take it to Lamb Canyon Landfill at 16411 Lamb Canyon Road in Beaumont or Badlands Landfill at 31125 Ironwood Avenue in Moreno Valley, both open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and pay at the scale.
Get it ready
Keep construction material out of the carts and off the bulky pile, keep hazardous waste and chemicals out of the load entirely, and separate green waste and clean wood at the facility so they can be composted.

The handoff matters

Right item.
Right place.

Hazardous waste, electronics and construction material stay off the carts

Household hazardous waste is illegal in the automated collection program, and electronic waste is barred from the carts and from landfills, moving instead through a charged curbside collection or a free county drop-off. A refrigerator or another Freon unit is a charged special collection, and construction material is not a bulky item at all.

Self-haul to a Riverside County landfill

A household with construction debris, furniture, appliances, a mattress or another load the bulky pickup will not take.

Cost & conditions
From $43.2 for the minimum routine refuse load at a Riverside County landfill. The schedule effective July 1, 2026 charges $43.20 for routine refuse of 0.81 tons or less, $57.10 for hard-to-handle refuse, $52.75 for mixed green refuse and $37.05 for clean green, plus $7.00 per appliance up to four a day, $6.00 per residential passenger or light truck tire up to five a day, and $25.00 for an uncovered or unsecured load. Mattresses hauled separately are free within the per-site daily limit of five.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

San Jacinto works from the curb first. CR&R collects three carts every week, and a household may schedule four bulky item pickups a calendar year with up to four items in each and a sixteen item annual allowance, which covers chairs, couches and household appliances. Anything the bulky route will not take has a county destination: construction and demolition material goes to Lamb Canyon Landfill at 16411 Lamb Canyon Road in Beaumont or Badlands Landfill in Moreno Valley, where public loads are charged by the published gate fees and have to be covered or secured, appliances are declared and kept out of the mixed waste pile, and mattresses are free when they are hauled separately within the daily limit. Electronic waste cannot go in a cart or a landfill, so it moves through a charged curbside collection or the free Beaumont antifreeze, battery, oil and paint facility at the same Lamb Canyon site, and the rest of the household hazardous waste goes to a county collection facility such as the Lake Elsinore site on its monthly Saturday. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in San Jacinto.

How much does construction debris removal cost in San Jacinto?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in San Jacinto?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Where does construction debris go in San Jacinto?

Not to the curb. Construction material does not fit the hauler's bulky item definition, so a project load goes to a Riverside County landfill such as Lamb Canyon in Beaumont, where public disposal is charged by the published gate fees and every load has to be covered or secured.Official guidance

When are the Riverside County waste sites open near San Jacinto?
