City cost & eligibility
CR&R publishes no rate for a roll-off container or for construction and demolition debris, and the county landfill charges by load or by weight with a minimum load fee on non flat rate vehicles. Confirm the container size, the recycling documentation and the current landfill rate before the load moves.
When & how
Call CR&R to arrange a roll-off container for a project, or use the three yard temporary bin that is offered for clean up projects with a 500 pound limit, while larger containers from ten to forty yards are available for other disposal needs. A resident hauling a load can take it to the Lamb Canyon Landfill on 16411 Lamb Canyon Road in Beaumont, open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Mattresses and box springs hauled separately from other waste are free up to five a day, up to two cathode ray tube devices a day are a no charge load, and other refuse is charged by load or by weight with a minimum load fee on non flat rate vehicles. An uncovered or unsecured load adds a surcharge, and hazardous waste is refused at the landfills.

Household waste that will not fit the carts, brought by the resident to a privately operated transfer station that the county lists as open to the public. The city's clean up page sends junk haulers and trailers to the Perris yard.
The operator sets its own rates and operating hours rather than the county landfill schedule, so confirm both before loading. Household hazardous waste is not part of the residential collection programme and belongs at a county household hazardous waste facility.
