Estate cleanout, at your family's pace

Settling a home takes time, and it shouldn't be rushed by a truck's schedule. Book pickups as rooms are ready — one or several, up to 30 days ahead — with every item priced before you pay and a photo confirmation when each pickup is done. Usable furniture is donated when possible.

How it works

1

Book when a room is ready

Select the items going and see the exact total before you pay. Schedule same-day or up to 30 days ahead — whatever the family's timeline needs.

2

Set items at the curb or driveway

Haulers never enter the home, so nothing is touched except what the family has already decided on. No one needs to be there.

3

Photo confirmation, every time

A photo text the moment each pickup is complete — useful for out-of-town family and for the estate's paperwork.

A practical order of operations

First pass

  • Walk the home with family and tag what's being kept or passed on — nothing else moves yet
  • Photograph anything you may want appraised before it goes anywhere
  • There's no deadline on our side: book each pickup only when a room is truly ready

Room by room

  • Sort remaining items into donate and toss — usable furniture is donated when possible either way
  • Bag loose household goods; bags are the least expensive thing to haul at $19–$39 each
  • Set aside paint, propane tanks, tires, and hazardous items for your city's drop-off program

Each pickup day

  • Stage the ready items at the curb or driveway — no one needs to be at the house
  • Book by 2 PM for same-day, or schedule the date in advance around family visits
  • A photo confirmation text documents each pickup for the estate's records
