Do you come inside the house?

No. Items need to be somewhere a hauler can reach without entering the home — the curb, driveway, alley, or an open garage. This is what keeps the price per-item instead of per-crew-hour.

Can I book this for a house in another city?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of people book a cleanout for a parent's house or a property they own from somewhere else. Nobody needs to be present, and the completion photos are texted to whoever booked it.

What if it takes me a few days to get everything out?

Accepted Answer

Pick a pickup date that works. You can move it for free any time before a hauler claims the job, so it's fine to book first and stage over a week.

Do you take appliances and electronics?

Yes — refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, TVs and computers are all in the catalog with their own prices. Paint, car batteries, propane tanks and hot tubs are the exceptions we can't take.

For a typical house clearance, usually. A dumpster is $300-$600 a week before overage fees and you load it yourself. Per-item pricing means you pay for what you actually have and nobody carries anything.

Haulers take items to a transfer station, a recycler, or a donation dock depending on condition. Disposal cost is already inside the item price — there is no separate dump fee.
