Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction, building and renovation material

Special rules apply

Spring Cleanup takes carpet, drywall, doors, cabinets, fencing and lightly stained or unpainted scrap lumber in the waste pile, but refuses concrete, pavers, bricks, soil and sod, and the city promotes building materials donation and dedicated recycling sites for the rest.

City cost & eligibility
Spring Cleanup itself is free, while the concrete and hard to recycle facilities the city guide lists charge fees that are not published in the retained pages, so confirm the rate with the specific facility before loading.
When & how
Use the Spring Cleanup Saturday for the address area for accepted material, donate reusable building materials through Resource Central with a free Thursday pickup or a drive to 6400 Arapahoe Rd in Boulder between Monday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or use the facilities the city guide lists for concrete and hard to recycle material.
Get it ready
Separate untreated wood and metal into the recycling pile at Spring Cleanup and keep concrete, pavers, bricks, soil, sod and grass clippings out of the pile entirely, because those are refused. Only lightly stained or unpainted lumber is taken, and reusable cabinets, doors and fixtures should go to donation rather than the curb.

Spring Cleanup wants three piles and a 7 a.m. start

Spring Cleanup is free and runs on four Saturdays by area, with 2026 dates of April 18, April 25, May 2 and May 9. Everything goes on the curb by 7 a.m., never in the driveway and never blocking a sidewalk, and anything placed later is not collected. The load is split into untreated wood and metal for recycling, general waste, and a clearly marked ARC pile for clothes and reusable items kept in a separate visible spot away from the curb, because wet items are not picked up.

What Spring Cleanup will not take

Computers, televisions, tires, electronic waste of any kind, liquids, freon appliances such as refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners, car bodies and car batteries, antifreeze, motor oil, propane tanks, concrete, pavers, bricks, soil, sod, grass clippings, sealed containers or drums, hazardous and radioactive material, pharmaceuticals, business waste, household trash and anything one person cannot lift with another are all refused. Cardboard goes to the Broomfield Recycling Center at 225 Commerce Street, open around the clock, and branches under 12 inches in diameter go to the Tree Branch Recycling Facility at 2990 W. 124th Ave.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Broomfield pairs a contracted curbside programme with two well established drop-off routes. Waste Connections collects trash weekly and recycling every other week under the city contract, and anything too large for a closed trash cart can be picked up for 25 dollars per item on a scheduled day arranged on 303-288-2100. The free Spring Cleanup is the big annual route, running on four Saturdays by area with three sorted piles on the curb by 7 a.m. and taking furniture, mattresses, non-freon appliances, carpet, drywall, fencing and lightly stained or unpainted lumber while refusing electronics, tires, freon appliances, concrete, soil, sod, liquids and household trash. Electronics and household chemicals go to the two annual appointment-only city events at the Broomfield Municipal Shops on 3951 W 144th Ave., where each household is limited to three electronic items, and chemicals can also go year-round and free to the Boulder County Hazardous Materials Management Facility at 1901 63rd St in Boulder by appointment, which does not take electronics. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Broomfield.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Broomfield?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Broomfield?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Where do renovation materials go in Broomfield?

Spring Cleanup takes carpet, drywall, wood doors, glass doors, cabinets, fencing materials and scrap lumber that is lightly stained or unpainted, but refuses concrete, concrete pavers, bricks, soil, sod and grass clippings. Reusable building materials can be donated through Resource Central with a free Thursday pickup or driven to 6400 Arapahoe Rd in Boulder, and the city guide lists fee-based facilities for clean concrete and hard to recycle material.Official guidance
