Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition material

Special rules apply

The Recycling Center takes separated construction material with published limits: raw lumber with no paint, stain or laminate, plywood, oriented strand board and particleboard with no furniture, pallets and spools, shake shingles, and concrete in pieces of 30 inches or smaller in a load of no more than 2.5 cubic yards that is free of rebar, wood pieces, posts, reinforcement, dirt and trash.

City cost & eligibility
The center publishes yard waste rates and the limits for wood and concrete but no general construction rate, and a load outside the published limits is turned away, so call the Solid Waste Division at 970-962-2529 to confirm the price and the acceptance of the load before hauling it.
When & how
Haul the load to the Recycling Center at 400 N. Wilson Avenue, Tuesday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed Mondays, with the material separated by type on arrival.
Get it ready
Keep paint, stain and laminate off the lumber, keep furniture out of the wood load, keep rebar, posts, dirt and trash out of the concrete, keep the concrete pieces at 30 inches or smaller and the concrete load at 2.5 cubic yards or less, and keep hazardous material out of every load because the center refuses it.

The cleanup voucher has a size limit and a list it will not cover

The Household Clean-up voucher is for a City of Loveland resident who pays the monthly solid waste programs fee, it is valid for one year, it can be used once, and it is not available at the Recycling Center. The load cannot exceed a standard pickup load equivalent, about 2.7 cubic yards, and it has to arrive with household trash bagged and recyclables separated from the cleanup material. The voucher does not cover hazardous waste of any kind, which the city lists as computers, televisions, tires, mattresses, electronic equipment, paint, fluorescent bulbs, cleaning products, asbestos containing material, solvents, acids, degreasers, pesticides and adhesives, and normal fees apply to certain items the center takes.

Plan the trip to the Recycling Center

The Loveland Recycling Center is at 400 N. Wilson Avenue, closed Mondays and open Tuesday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with holiday closures that include Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Payment is taken at the entrance by cash or check, with 100 dollar bills no longer accepted from October 1, 2026, or by Visa, Mastercard and Discover with a 2.85 percent service fee on card transactions. Mattresses and box springs carry a published fee each and an infested unit is refused, refrigerant appliances carry a separate charge, and concrete has to be 30 inches or smaller in a load of no more than 2.5 cubic yards and free of rebar, wood, dirt and trash.

Cart rules that apply all year and matter most in snow

Only trash carts with a closed lid are collected, and an overfilled cart is not acceptable. Since January 2, 2023 a resident may set out up to five 32 gallon or 50 pound bags beside the cart and a four dollar charge per bag is added to the next utility bill, with the driver's camera system documenting the count. In snow, the city asks residents to shovel a path to both carts, keep the carts clear of snow and off ice, put them as far into the street as possible rather than behind a snow bank, and leave two feet of space on either side for the collection arms.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Loveland.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Loveland?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Loveland?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Can I take lumber and concrete to the Loveland Recycling Center?

Yes, within the published limits. The center takes raw lumber with no paint, stain or laminate, plywood, oriented strand board and particleboard with no furniture, pallets and spools and shake shingles, and it takes concrete in pieces of 30 inches or smaller in a load of no more than 2.5 cubic yards that is free of rebar, wood pieces or posts, reinforcement, dirt and trash. The center opens Tuesday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed Mondays, and a load that does not meet the limits is turned away, so call 970-962-2529 to confirm before hauling it.Official guidance
