Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and remodeling debris

Special rules apply

Construction materials are refused on a special pickup, so a project load goes into a City roll-off rental or to a landfill the City names.

City cost & eligibility
$257 for the rental fee for a twenty or thirty cubic yard City roll-off, which includes delivery, pickup and disposal. Northglenn residents reserving a roll-off from the sanitation division, with payment made at least one week before the rental date through utility billing, and a smaller cancellation fee if a paid delivery is called off. Landfill drop-off prices are set by the receiving site.
When & how
Reserve the roll-off by emailing sanitation@northglenn.org or calling 303.450.4004 after checking availability. The rental runs three days with pickup on the fourth, the weekend option is Friday delivery with Monday pickup, and the weekday option is marked currently unavailable on the City page.
Get it ready
Keep the load level with the top of the container and under the twelve ton limit, and keep electronics, tires, medical waste, mattresses and springs, flammable materials and refrigerant appliances out of the roll-off because they are all refused. The container goes in the street next to the property, or in a driveway when the resident signs a liability waiver, and access has to stay clear for delivery and pickup.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Northglenn runs its own sanitation division, so most large material leaves the street on a special pickup rather than a self-haul trip. What a resident hauls is the material the pickup refuses. Electronics go to a named recycler, with R2 Disassembly at 11751 Huron Street charging for televisions and monitors and taking other devices at no charge, and Best Buy and Veolia as the other options. Yard waste goes free to the City's mulching center at 12301 Claude Court on the first and third Saturdays from April through November and the first Saturday in winter, with single-axle trailers only and proof of residency. Construction and remodeling debris moves through a City roll-off, or to Tower Landfill at 19260 E. 88th Ave or a free landfill day, and reusable building materials can go to Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Refrigerant appliances are refused on the special pickup, so confirm that route with the sanitation division before moving one. Landfill the City names for construction, brick and rock loads

Tower Landfill

19260 E. 88th Ave, Commerce City, CO

Construction and remodeling debris, asphalt and concrete, and bricks and rocks, which the City routes to this site alongside the City roll-off rental and its free landfill day.

The City lists this site as a reference rather than a City service and states that businesses it names are not necessarily affiliated with Northglenn and that fees and restrictions may apply, so confirm the accepted material and the load rules directly with the landfill.

Call the landfill at 303.371.5115 to confirm the hours before a trip.

The City does not publish this landfill's rates and says the businesses it lists are not necessarily affiliated with Northglenn, so confirm the gate rate and any load restriction with the landfill at 303.371.5115 before hauling.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Northglenn.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Northglenn?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Northglenn?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

How do I get rid of construction debris in Northglenn?

Not on a special pickup, because construction materials are refused there. The City routes project debris to its own roll-off rental, to Tower Landfill at 19260 E. 88th Ave, or to a free landfill day, and it also names a building material donation route through Habitat for Humanity ReStore for reusable pieces.Official guidance

How much is a Northglenn roll-off?

The published rental fee is the same for the twenty cubic yard and thirty cubic yard containers, and it includes delivery, pickup and disposal. Payment goes through utility billing at least a week before the rental, a smaller fee applies if a paid delivery is cancelled, and the load has to stay level with the container top and under the twelve ton limit.Official guidance

Who collects trash in Northglenn?

The City's own sanitation division. For single-family residences the City states it can assist with discarding any household item or direct the resident to someone who can, and the contact is 303.450.4004 or sanitation@northglenn.org, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Official guidance

Where do household batteries go?

Alkaline batteries, which are the non-rechargeable kind, go in the regular trash. Rechargeable batteries go to the in-store recycling center at the Lowe's on 261 W. 104th Ave. Automotive batteries are different again: the City collects up to two a week on the scheduled trash day if they are placed next to the trash cart in the street rather than inside it.Official guidance

Can I still put used motor oil out at the curb?

No. The City used to collect up to five gallons of used motor oil or antifreeze a week in clear one-gallon containers marked with the address and with taped lids, but it states that from July 1, 2026 it no longer accepts either at the curb. Most auto parts retailers and some oil change stations take used oil, and Veolia accepts oil and antifreeze for a fee.Official guidance

Can anyone take the free mulch?

Yes. Mulch is available to residents, the general public and businesses during yard waste drop-off hours, with no identification required and no charge, and the City refills a large pile at the same site. Visitors bring their own shovels because the City does not provide tools, and the drop-off itself is still limited to Northglenn single-family residences.Official guidance
