Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Bulk pickup is an a la carte, scheduled service. Routine collection does not take oversized items, and each category carries its own published rate.
Two county routes serve Winter Haven addresses. The household hazardous waste facility on Environmental Loop takes chemicals and electronics from residents at no additional fee with a five-component limit, and the northeast convenience center takes bulky, yard and construction material, tires and scrap metal at flat residential rates with proof of residency. Polk County now routes residents away from the North Central Landfill and to its transfer station, so confirm the current drop-off location and hours before loading. Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
