Prepare the monitor for a real quote
Record the model and key specifications, including refresh rate and resolution. Confirm that the display powers on, check for dead pixels or backlight problems, and gather the stand and cables. Then call the exact local store to confirm it accepts monitors and ask what to bring for its inspection.

If selling does not work
If the monitor does not sell, or moving it and arranging transport is more important than pursuing a buyer, Dropcurb can handle an accepted computer monitor that is already outside and accessible. Standard pickup includes loading, transportation and disposal; it does not include indoor carry-out, so arrange that labor separately if you cannot move the monitor outside yourself. Dropcurb does not buy the monitor or guarantee cash or resale value.
For a working display, check computer-monitor donation requirements; otherwise, compare monitor recycling options.
