Tell the recipient whether it is a basic frame or a wheeled model and disclose any missing or damaged parts. Let the organization decide whether it can accept and prepare the equipment for reuse. Acceptance of one model does not establish acceptance of every mobility aid.

When Dropcurb helps
If an accepted nonmotorized walking frame needs removal, Dropcurb lists a Walker item for pickup outside and accessible. Powered mobility equipment is a different item and needs separate confirmation. Standard removal does not include medical-equipment refurbishment or a guaranteed donation destination.
