Everything for the public disposal area, the yard waste area and the household hazardous waste lane is at 2011 SE Hamblen Road. The gate runs Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., it is closed Sunday and on the operator's published holidays, and the hazardous waste lane keeps its own schedule.
The park sorts construction and demolition material to recover concrete, wood, metals and asphalt, and the concrete and aggregate area refuses dirt, trash, yard waste and rebar. Yard waste is a separate drop where household trash, dirt, sod and synthetic turf are refused.
