Every other week on the assigned garbage collection day, and only once the material reaches one full thirty gallon kraft paper yard waste bag or a brush pile two feet by two feet by two feet. The week's material is capped at two cubic yards in a single pile no larger than four feet by four feet by twelve feet, kept three feet from vehicles, poles, fences and structures and out of the street and sidewalk.
