Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Building, remodeling and demolition debris

Not on the regular city route

Construction waste, demolition debris, wood pallets and renovation material are prohibited at the Vineland curb. A small amount of wood may go out when it is bundled, but anything past two bundles is treated as construction and demolition debris and refused.

City cost & eligibility
From $76.95 per ton of construction and demolition debris before tax at the Cumberland County Solid Waste Complex, where the published total rate including tax is higher for the same ton. The city route for prohibited curbside material is a private hauler holding a New Jersey permit or the county solid waste complex, and the county publishes its rates by waste type for loads weighed at the gate. A load with more than two wood bundles at the curb is treated as construction and demolition debris.
When & how
There is no curbside collection for this material. The county complex is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Get it ready
Keep a small wood load under four feet and bundled or tied if any of it is meant to go to the curb, and count the bundles, because more than two is refused as construction and demolition debris. Separate wood, asphalt shingles, brick, concrete and metal so they can go to a recycling company, and treat asbestos as hazardous waste that needs its own handling.

Construction debris, electronics and motors never go to the curb

Construction waste, demolition debris, wood pallets, renovation materials, hazardous waste, car parts, tree stumps, animal carcasses, electronics, and any type of motors or furnaces are all prohibited at the curb. The published alternatives are a private hauler holding a New Jersey permit or the Cumberland County Solid Waste Complex, and dumping the material in woods, on vacant lots or along roads carries a fine and possible jail time.

Haul prohibited material to the county solid waste complex

A household with construction or demolition debris, appliances, furniture or any other material the city curb refuses and that no permitted private hauler is taking.

Cost & conditions
From $65.85 per ton of municipal solid waste before tax at the published landfill rate, where bulky waste and construction and demolition debris carry a higher per ton rate and each category also has a published total rate including tax. Rates are published by waste type for loads delivered to the complex and weighed at the gate, so confirm the category and the total for your load before you drive out.
Arrange it
Take the load to 169 Jesse Bridge Road in Rosenhayn. The complex is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and loads pass over the scale house.

The county publishes tarping and hauling requirements, and the site hosts the household hazardous waste days rather than taking that material at the gate. Asbestos is a separate category with its own per load administrative fee, and tires are not part of the accepted list for this site.

A Cumberland County household with oil based paints, cleaning and garden chemicals, corrosives, propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs, car batteries, old fuel or documents to shred.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Self haul in Vineland starts with the city's own drop-off sites. Electronics, used motor oil and used antifreeze go to the Vineland Compost Facility at 1271 South Mill Road, which the city lists as free to use, caps at four electronics per day for a household and refuses stripped electronics; leaves and brush also go there, and the city and county publish different weekday windows for the same address, so call 856-794-4089 first. Leaves and grass can also go to the city site at 2195 Union Road, where the city warns to call 856-794-4250 before going. Anything the curb prohibits, including construction and demolition debris, pallets, renovation material, motors and furnaces, goes to a private hauler holding a New Jersey permit or to the Cumberland County Solid Waste Complex at 169 Jesse Bridge Road in Rosenhayn, open weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with loads weighed at the gate and rates published per ton by waste type. Household chemicals wait for one of the three county hazardous waste and shredding days at that same complex, which take oil based paints, cleaning and garden chemicals, corrosives, propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs, car batteries and old fuel with per trip limits, and are open to Cumberland County residents only. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Vineland.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Vineland?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Vineland?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Can remodeling debris go to the Vineland curb?

No. Construction waste, demolition debris, wood pallets and renovation materials are all on the prohibited curbside list, and the city says the contractor normally removes project material. A small amount of wood may go out when it is under four feet and bundled or tied, but more than two bundles counts as construction and demolition debris and is not collected.Official guidance

Where does Vineland construction debris go?

The city publishes two routes for prohibited material: a private hauler holding a New Jersey permit, or the Cumberland County Solid Waste Complex at 169 Jesse Bridge Road in Rosenhayn. The county charges construction and demolition debris per ton and weighs loads at the gate, and the city also points to nearby companies that take wood, shingles, brick, concrete and metal for recycling.Official guidance

How much wood can go out with Vineland trash?

A small amount, when every piece is under four feet and the load is bundled and tied or placed in containers. Two bundles is the practical limit, because the city treats more than two bundles as construction and demolition debris that will not be collected at the curb.Official guidance
