Get it ready
Tires must be passenger vehicle size and off the rim. Truck and equipment tires are refused at the convenience stations, and every tire taken to the landfill pays the standard gate rate.
Batteries, paint, bulbs and electronics go out in the collected kit rather than a cart, bulky items, green waste and white goods are booked with the hauler, and household loads use the monthly landfill allowance or a county convenience station.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

No charge. City of Farmington residents with two forms of residency proof: a valid photo ID and a current paper electric utility bill issued within 60 days.
Arrange it
Bring the load to Berg Park on Scott Avenue and San Juan Boulevard during the published event hours, and be ready to unload it.
One mixed load plus one yard waste-only load, or two yard waste-only loads, in a standard full-size truck bed or a trailer no longer than ten feet. Chemicals, liquid paint, automotive fluids, cement and bricks, commercial loads, electronics, and Russian olive and pyracantha trimmings are refused.
Residential household trash, paper goods, flattened cardboard boxes, cans, glass, old clothing, yard waste, weeds, small branches up to five foot lengths and cold ashes where an ash bin is provided, plus free single stream and metal and appliance recycling.
Residential waste only, up to three cubic yards a day, with commercial trash, construction and demolition debris, truck or equipment tires, liquids, pesticides, used motor oil, antifreeze, grease, lead-based paint, batteries, medical waste and large trees refused. Attendants do not help unload.

How do I book a set of four tires?+
Choose the matching tire type and set the quantity to four. The first tire uses the first-item price and the remaining three use the additional-item price. Review your total before payment.

Book by 2pm in the pickup address’s local time for same-day pickup. Checkout shows the available dates for your address. Your booking is for a pickup day, rather than an exact arrival window. We send updates and photos after collection.
Where should I put my items?+
Use an accessible outdoor spot you are allowed to use, and follow the instructions in your confirmation. Keep sidewalks, entrances and vehicle access clear. You arrange any indoor carrying. For a loading dock or a short building access window, confirm the setup with our team before booking.
How many tires can a household bring at once?+
