West Warwick residents only, and the yard waste and motor oil streams are closed to businesses. Refrigerators are excluded from the free white goods drop off, a unit that holds refrigerant costs more, oversized tires are refused, tires are limited to five a year, and mattresses and box springs are limited to five a fiscal year and three a day and have to be bagged before they are dropped off, with bags sold at the Department of Public Works office.
