A dump trailer is the route for a whole house clean-out
The city offers a utility trailer at no charge to its own residential solid waste customers for a large clean-up done by the homeowner, and the trailer takes yard waste and ordinary household project debris but never construction material. The owner has to review and sign the dump trailer agreement through the public service request form, be present when the trailer is delivered, and reserve it on 864-942-8434. If a landscaper or builder is doing the work, that contractor removes everything the job produces.
