We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction debris is excluded from the carts and appears twice on the prohibited bulky list, once as commercial construction and remodeling debris and once as loose construction and remodeling debris, so a household with a project load has to arrange it with the hauler.
City cost & eligibility
Neither the city page nor the hauler's brochure publishes a rate for construction or remodeling debris, and a load beyond the standard bulky service is quoted privately after photographs of the pile are reviewed, so call Community Waste Disposal on 972-392-9300 option 2 with the material and the volume before anything is set out.
When & how
Call the hauler before the project generates debris, and keep the material out of the carts and off the bulky pile until a collection or estimate is arranged.
Get it ready
Separate construction material from household bulky items, keep the load away from the carts and the curb until it is arranged, and keep paint, solvents and other hazardous products out of the pile because those go to an X-treme Green Event instead.
Trash and recycling go to the curb before 7:00 a.m. on the weekly collection day, upright with the lids fully closed and the handles toward the house, at least three feet from each other and three feet from mailboxes, parked cars, fences, gas meters and drainage ditches. Household trash goes in bags inside the gray cart, recyclables go loose, clean and dry in the blue cart, and a cart over the arm's lifting limit or holding prohibited material is not serviced.
Single items weighing more than 150 pounds, commercial construction and remodeling debris, loose brush, loose construction and remodeling debris, loose household debris that is not boxed, additional trash bags, tires, batteries, propane tanks and household hazardous waste are all prohibited on the bulky collection. Household chemicals, tires and used electronics instead go to the X-treme Green Events the hauler runs three times a year, and a household that needs more than the standard allowance has to arrange a paid custom collection.

The hauler quotes an oversized collection privately after reviewing photographs of the pile and publishes no rate, so the price depends on the material and the volume and has to be confirmed on 972-392-9300 option 2 before the load is set out.
Arrange it
Photograph the pile from the front, the back and the side, send the photographs to the hauler with the address, and confirm the quoted price before the collection day.
The three photographs are required before a quote is given, the standard prohibited list still applies to whatever is collected, and a household cannot simply put an oversized pile at the curb and expect it to be taken.
