We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

From $120.62 for minimum charge for a special pickup of up to twelve yards, with every yard over twelve charged separately. When & how
Book the special pickup with the hauler when the load is ready, since the free brush and bulk week will not take project debris. The city publishes the special pickup minimum and the per yard charge above twelve yards.
Get it ready
Keep project debris out of the brush and bulk pile and out of the carts, and keep paint, motor oil, pool chemicals, tires, batteries and propane out of the load entirely because those are prohibited and belong with the Trash Off or X-treme Green events. Box loose debris so it can be handled safely.
Chemicals, tires, batteries and propane never go in the pile
Household hazardous waste such as paint, motor oil and pool chemicals, along with tires, batteries and propane tanks, are prohibited in the brush and bulk collection and in the carts. Commercial construction and remodeling debris is prohibited as well, and loose household debris has to be boxed in a container no larger than two feet by two feet by four feet and no heavier than fifty pounds.
Use the free events for everything the curb refuses
Trash Off runs four times a year in the odd months at 1501 N. Dallas Avenue next to Regions Bank and takes bulk trash, recyclables, scrap metal, brush and electronic waste such as computers, kitchen appliances and televisions, free to Lancaster residents with proof of residency. Community Waste Disposal hosts two X-treme Green events a year alongside them for household hazardous waste, automotive tires, household metal goods, document shredding and used electronics, and the city answers questions at 972-218-1213.

Open the first Saturday of every month, excluding holidays, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for drop-offs of up to 12 cubic yards with a copy of the current water bill, as the hauler brochure publishes; the city's own bulk page adds that its free drop-off allowance runs on odd months. Customer service runs weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 972.392.9300.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Lancaster?+

Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.
Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
Will Lancaster take construction debris in the bulk week?+
No. Commercial construction and remodeling debris is on the prohibited list for the free brush and bulk collection, and so are household chemicals, tires, batteries and propane. Who collects trash in Lancaster?+
