Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Break the machine down where it can be, remove the battery and keep it out of the carts, tie down any loose deck or handle, and keep the load inside the 10 bag or four container limit with each container under 35 pounds.
Residents provide their own containers, all trash goes in plastic bags or cans and carts weighing no more than 35 pounds when full, and a household is limited to 10 bags or four cans and carts per collection. The blue cart the city provides is for recycling only.
Appliances, furniture and mattresses are collected on the regular garbage collection days, which run twice a week beginning at 7 a.m., and a holiday defers collection to the next regularly scheduled day for New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
