City cost & eligibility
$25 per mattress or box spring, in addition to the pile charge. Henrico contracted program: $67 approved pile plus $25 per mattress or box spring. One qualifying pile with one mattress totals $92 before any other item charges.

Book the available provider date. Collection runs 7am-7pm with no time window; put approved items at the curb by 7am. The program does not publish a guaranteed number of days to an appointment.

Have the approved pile at the curb by 7am on the booked date, accessible and clear of parked vehicles. Collection operates until 7pm without a time window. Keep piles within 8 by 4 by 4 feet and empty food from cooling appliances. For shared property, confirm the authorized curb location with management before booking.

You can choose an offered pickup day around your replacement delivery. First check whether the retailer already includes old-mattress removal, and arrange who will bring it outside if needed. Dropcurb books a pickup day, not the retailer’s delivery window. Contact us before booking if access is limited to a short time.
Is a mattress included in the standard pile price?+
