Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

  1. Arrange the removal work

Have the fixture safely detached and any plumbing or electrical connections handled by an appropriate professional. We do not remove installed fixtures or perform demolition.

  2. Keep the booked items separate

Have the fixtures empty and ready at ground level. Keep them apart from rubble, loose renovation materials, tools and anything you want to keep.

  3. Show the outdoor handoff

Use a permitted outdoor spot with a clear path. Add a location photo and notes on your order page so the right entrance and the right items are easy to identify.

Construction, demolition and remodeling debris

Special rules apply

Remodeling material is not a curbside item. Recology rents debris boxes for project loads, and heavy or recyclable material has to be kept separate.

City cost & eligibility
The debris box page lists the box sizes but does not publish rates, so the box rate is quoted when the container is ordered on 425.413.1555.
When & how
Order a 10, 20, 30 or 40 cubic yard debris box from Recology before the project generates material, and note that hauling in residential zones is limited to 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Get it ready
Keep dirt, concrete and bricks separate from other debris because heavy material adds weight, stay under the maximum load weight, and keep hazardous material such as paints, thinners, oils, stains, fluorescent bulbs, gas-filled containers and batteries out of every container.

The handoff matters

Right item.
Right place.

Before a trip to the Bow Lake station

Secure the load, because the county adds a fee for an unsecured load, and sort cardboard, yard waste, scrap metal and clean untreated wood out before arrival, because the station does not accept them as garbage. Vehicles plus trailers are limited to a combined 40 feet.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Maple Valley.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Maple Valley?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Maple Valley?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

How do I get rid of remodeling debris in Maple Valley?

Order a 10, 20, 30 or 40 cubic yard debris box from Recology and keep heavy material such as dirt, concrete and bricks separate so the box stays under the load limit. Hazardous material such as paints, thinners and batteries cannot go in any container.Official guidance
