Cooking oil is collected curbside by request in a labeled clear jug of up to 3 gallons. Paint, solvents, pesticides and automotive fluids go to the free county hazardous waste site at Factoria.

To the free E-Cycle Washington site on the island, E-Recycle MI at 7835 SE 30th Street, which takes computers, monitors, laptops, DVD players and televisions and answers on 206-230-8188. Small electronics and appliances can also go to the hauler's store in Issaquah during its open hours.
