Use the Dubuque Road recycling area during its Friday-through-Tuesday operating days.
Get it ready
Remove nonmetal contents. For a grill, disconnect the propane cylinder and present an eligible barbecue-size tank separately under the county tank limit.
Dubuque Road customers unload their own vehicles and should arrive before the final processing window. Keep dangerous waste and yard debris out of the county load.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
A grill body that is no longer than eight feet and at least 85 percent metal; eligible barbecue-size propane tanks are presented separately.
Residential recycling customers only; hand unloading. Maximum five cubic yards per load. Disconnect the tank; county tank acceptance is limited to three per customer per day and ten gallons or smaller.
