Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Rent a temporary city dumpster

A Spokane household with a remodel, a cleanout or another load larger than a bulky pickup can take.

Cost & conditions
The city publishes the four dumpster sizes and the rental terms but no price on the pages read here, so call 509.625.7956 and confirm the current rate and the rental period before ordering.
Arrange it
Call 509.625.7956 or download the city's temporary dumpster rental form, choose a size, and keep the container for two days to six months.

Within the City of Spokane a temporary dumpster from any company other than the City of Spokane Solid Waste Collection is prohibited, larger containers take a couple of business days to arrive, and hazardous material still has to go to a household hazardous waste site rather than into the container.

A Spokane household that hauls its own load has three drop off sites. The city Waste to Energy Facility Recycling and Disposal Site at 2900 S. Geiger Blvd. is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week, and the county North County station at 22123 N. Elk-Chattaroy Road and Valley station at 3941 N. Sullivan Road keep the same hours, with household hazardous waste accepted at the two county stations on Saturdays and Sundays only. Trash is charged by weight with a minimum for the first 320 pounds plus a self haul transaction fee per vehicle, clean green and yard waste carries a lower per ton rate with its own minimum, recyclables and household hazardous waste are free, and residential appliances are charged at the regular waste rate, except that a refrigerator holding ammonia is refused at the county stations and has to go to the Waste to Energy site while commercial sized refrigerators and freezers are not accepted anywhere. Loads have to be covered and secured, mixed loads are charged as garbage unless they are separated or taken through the line twice, and every site closes on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Spokane.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Spokane?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Spokane?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

What happens to construction debris in Spokane?

It is not a curbside item. Construction material goes to the Waste to Energy Facility at 2900 S. Geiger Blvd. as a self hauled trash load, charged with a minimum for the first 320 pounds plus the per ton rate above that and a self haul transaction fee per vehicle, or into a temporary dumpster rented from the city on 509.625.7956. Fire damaged material is accepted only when it is recognizable, free of ash and accompanied by an asbestos survey, and every load has to be covered or secured.Official guidance
