Carts and recyclables go to the curb no earlier than 6:30 p.m. the evening before the collection day and no later than 6 a.m. on the day, clear of trees, telephone poles and other obstacles and reachable from the street, and empty or tagged carts come back in by 8 a.m. the day after collection. One sticker per appliance, cash or a cheque at the counter with proof of residence, an appliance with food left inside will not be collected and the health department is notified, and a refrigerator or freezer has to have its doors removed.
