Will the city take it?
Manitowoc households use private haulers for regular trash and any arranged bulky-item pickup. County programs provide separate routes for electronics, tires, mixed metal and residential yard material.
The County Recycling Center Main Office accepts listed electronics, including TVs, computers and microwaves, through a charged drop-off program.
City cost & eligibility
Flat-panel TVs cost $10 below 27 inches or $20 at 27 inches and above. CRTs cost $15 up to 24 inches; CRT/projection screens over 24 through 36 inches cost $25, and over 36 inches cost $35. Microwaves cost $10. Other device rates vary; confirm current classification and charges with the County.

Bring devices during Main Office hours; call 920-683-4333 to confirm hours or arrange a large load.

Do not dismantle or break electronics. Describe damaged items in advance; staff may refuse unsafe material or apply different charges.
County compost sites accept prepared yard material from County households. The City also announces separate spring brush and yard-waste collection.

You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Who should I call for a couch or mattress pickup?+
Start with the hauler on your household bill. The County lists possible customer pickup and Ridgeview Landfill as furniture routes, but neither is an automatic free City bulk entitlement.Official guidance
