Annual permit is registered and affixed to one vehicle. Material must be from your own personal residence; no commercial, landscaping or apartment-building material. Tarp open trucks and trailers. No sod, roots, stumps, soil, rocks, concrete, lumber, building material, trash or recycling.
$25 per vehicle annual permit. Residential households served by City of Oshkosh Sanitation; other eligible personal residences pay the nonresident permit rate.

Where should I put my items?+
Use an accessible outdoor spot you are allowed to use, and follow the instructions in your confirmation. Keep sidewalks, entrances and vehicle access clear. You arrange any indoor carrying. For a loading dock or a short building access window, confirm the setup with our team before booking.
Can I put grass clippings out during brush week?+

Does City collection cover larger apartment buildings?+
