Nonresident City landlords must call ahead for permission. No grass clippings, sod, dirt, rocks, stumps or root balls; branch and firewood size limits apply.
April-November: Wednesday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; December-March: Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Check holiday and weather closures.
