White goods, upholstered items such as mattresses, sofas and chairs, two tires without rims and metal items are accepted, while construction material, car parts and stumps are not.

Town bi-annual bulk pickup

No charge. Town of North Haven resident, since the town states that bulk items are picked up at no charge on the regular refuse day.

Commercial vehicles and mason dump trucks are not permitted, the attendant may limit load size and the number of visits, and only vehicles of three quarter ton or less are accommodated.
