- Separate metal and non-burnable items from burnable material into two neat piles. Cut long metal or wood to four feet, tie and bundle it, and remove nails. Do not use cardboard boxes, plastic bags or the rubbish barrel for bulk material.

Accepted with preparationMetal and non-burnable items are collected in their own pile during a scheduled bulk pickup, with appliances and metal furniture named on the acceptable list.
