The project is done. Get your space back.

The new bathroom is ready, but the old vanity is still outside. A replaced door is taking up space you need. Put those leftover items on a pickup plan, with the price settled and updates through the final haul-away.

Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition material

Special rules apply

The City describes its large item service as taking some construction and demolition material, but the published pickup list does not include it and contractor generated debris is refused, so the load has to be confirmed.

City cost & eligibility
The City publishes no rate that clearly covers a construction or demolition load. Its program description says the division collects some construction and demolition materials as large items, its published pickup list for that service names furniture, appliances, mattresses, swing sets, large boxes and tree trimmings instead, and it refuses debris generated by a private contractor. Confirm the material, the volume and the charge with the Solid Waste Division before the pile goes out, or use a permitted hauler.
When & how
Confirm with the Solid Waste Division at 407-518-2507 first. If the material is accepted it goes out by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled bulk collection day and is charged by volume; otherwise it goes to a permitted hauler.
Get it ready
Keep painted wood and construction debris out of the green yard waste container, because the City states that container is not for painted wood or construction debris. Separate a contractor's material from anything the household generated, since only material the household set out is collected, and never put concrete or dirt in any container because it damages the truck.

The handoff matters

Right item.
Right place.

Tell the division a bulk pile is going out

The City asks residents to call 407-518-2507 and say they are leaving bulk waste out for collection, and the same number handles a question about what will be taken. City crews cannot come onto private property, so the items have to be at the curb, and debris generated by a private contractor doing tree or remodeling work is not collected at all.

With a new purchase

Permitted private hauler

A household or contractor with a load the City will not collect, such as contractor generated remodeling debris or a volume larger than the bulk program takes.

Cost & conditions
The City publishes no private hauler rate, so confirm the container size, the material, the pickup window and the price directly with the company, and check that the company is permitted to work in the City.
Arrange it
Describe the material and where it will be staged, and confirm where the load is going before the container is delivered.

The City does not collect debris generated by a private contractor performing tree or remodeling work at a home, so a contractor load goes through the company doing the work or through a permitted hauler rather than the curbside bulk program.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Inside the city limits the curb is the main route, because furniture, appliances, mattresses, swing sets, large boxes and big tree trimmings all leave with the weekly bulk collection and are charged by volume on the Kissimmee Utility Authority bill. What the curbside program refuses has a county home instead. Household chemicals, paint, motor oil, propane tanks and fire extinguishers go free to the Bass Road Disposal Facility at 750 S. Bass Road in Kissimmee on weekdays or to the St. Cloud Transfer Station at 2701 Peghorn Way, and both sites also take the electronics and batteries that should not sit in a cart. The county hub lists further drop-off options for recycling, tires and yard waste. An address that turns out to sit in unincorporated Osceola County runs on the county program through Waste Management instead, with its own bulky and appliance rules and its own rates, so the city limits check comes before anything else. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Kissimmee.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Kissimmee?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Kissimmee?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Will the City take construction debris?

Only if the division confirms it. The program description mentions construction and demolition materials, but the published list of items picked up names furniture, appliances, mattresses, swing sets, large boxes and large tree trimmings, the green container refuses painted wood and construction debris, and contractor generated material is not collected, so call 407-518-2507 before the pile goes out.Official guidance

Who picks up the trash in Kissimmee?

The City of Kissimmee Solid Waste Division collects residential and commercial waste inside the city limits, once a week for garbage, recycling, yard waste and bulk, and the division can be reached at 407-518-2507 or by email at sanitation@kissimmee.gov from offices at 101 Church Street.Official guidance

How do I know my address is in the city limits?

An address can say Kissimmee and still sit in unincorporated Osceola County, where Waste Management handles trash and recycling under the county program rather than the City. The City publishes a city limits checker, and the county explains that its own once a week garbage, recycling, yard waste and bulk service covers unincorporated residents only.Official guidance

How is a bulk pickup charged?

By volume. Bulk charges appear on the Kissimmee Utility Authority bill, one cubic yard is roughly the size of a standard washing machine, and the City publishes a table that runs from one cubic yard up to twelve. A large pile is worth confirming with the Solid Waste Division first, because volume drives the amount.Official guidance

Which container is which?

Brown is for bagged household garbage, blue is for recycling such as flattened cardboard, paper, metal cans and plastic bottles and containers with the lids removed, and green is for yard waste such as grass trimmings, leaves, weeds and small branches. Plastic bags do not go in the recycling container or the yard waste container.Official guidance

How do holidays change collection?

There is no collection on New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and the City provides a makeup day for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Labor Day, Veterans Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve do not change the schedule, and the City maintains its own holiday table.Official guidance
