Sort for school use
Choose clothing a student can wear under the district dress code. Keep unrelated household textiles and unsuitable garments out of this donation; the Clothes Closet is a school-focused program, not a general disposal site.
Check needs before a large donation
Contact the program before organizing a clothing drive or bringing a large collection. Its current wishlist and donation guidelines identify what students need. Use the designated bin only for an eligible donation that fits inside.
When Dropcurb helps
When your San Antonio closet clear-out leaves accepted bags that need removal, Dropcurb collects them outside and accessible. Bag clothing and bedding, count each filled bag, and send a photo for oversized bags. Donate wearable items directly to your chosen organization first; standard Dropcurb pickup does not promise donation or a particular recycling outcome.
