Metals and recycling carry no extra charge with a valid sticker, and yard waste is free with a sticker or covered by a 20 dollar punch card. Can my tire shop take the old tires?+

Can I arrange same-day pickup?+
Book by 2pm in the pickup address’s local time for same-day pickup. Checkout shows the available dates for your address. Your booking is for a pickup day, rather than an exact arrival window. We send updates and photos after collection.
Where should I put my items?+
Use an accessible outdoor spot you are allowed to use, and follow the instructions in your confirmation. Keep sidewalks, entrances and vehicle access clear. You arrange any indoor carrying. For a loading dock or a short building access window, confirm the setup with our team before booking.
Can I put tires out with the trash?+
No. Tires are not collected curbside and go to the Casella Transfer Station at 500 Hubbard Ave. Removing the tire from the rim lowers the price, and a resident sticker is required for access.Official guidance
Do holidays change my collection day in Pittsfield?+
Yes for six holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day. Collection is delayed by one day for the rest of that week, so if the holiday falls on a Tuesday then Tuesday moves to Wednesday and the rest of the week follows.
