No construction debris and no household trash are accepted, cooling appliances are refused as scrap metal, and mattresses must not be soaked, moldy or infested.

Can I arrange same-day pickup?+
Book by 2pm in the pickup address’s local time for same-day pickup. Checkout shows the available dates for your address. Your booking is for a pickup day, rather than an exact arrival window. We send updates and photos after collection.
Where should I put my items?+
Use an accessible outdoor spot you are allowed to use, and follow the instructions in your confirmation. Keep sidewalks, entrances and vehicle access clear. You arrange any indoor carrying. For a loading dock or a short building access window, confirm the setup with our team before booking.
What tires will the drop-off center refuse?+

Is curbside bulk pickup running right now?+
The bulk program is seasonal. The permit portal stated the service was finished for the season and would resume March 1 when this guide was checked, so confirm the current status before planning a pickup.Official guidance
How do I dispose of paint, chemicals or other hazardous waste?+
The Department of Public Works holds household hazardous waste drop-off days with pre-registration required and a limit of 25 liquid gallons or 25 solid pounds per household.
