Get it ready
Keep rims off the tires and do not bring large vehicle tires. Households only, with no business loads accepted.
The station opens on the second Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Public Works site on South Washington Avenue, and residents should be in line by 11:30 a.m. Bring a Michigan driver's license or ID, enter through the north gates off Holland Avenue, and remember that one vehicle and one trailer is the limit for a resident's monthly visit.

The Saginaw County Mosquito Abatement Commission hosts tire collections each summer at its office on North Towerline; MMWA directs residents to the commission for the current dates and location.
Rims and large vehicle tires are not accepted, and the collection runs only from May through August 31.

City of Saginaw residents only, with a state driver's license or Michigan ID. Landlords are not served and buildings with five or more units are excluded. One dumping occurrence per resident each month covers one vehicle and one trailer, and trailers over 12 feet or box and enclosed trucks are refused.
