Rolla separates bulky household loads, major appliances, electronics and yard debris into different routes. Prepaid City special pickups are generally Wednesday, electronics use a staffed Recycling Center window, and yard debris can use seasonal curbside collection or the 24/7 resident compost site. The annual cleanup is a separate first-Saturday-in-April event whose 2026 date has passed.
Rolla offers prepaid special pickup for an approximately pickup-truck-sized load of trash, furniture or similar household material.
