Keep the set to 15 or fewer bags or bundles weighing less than 50 pounds each, cut brush and limbs no larger than six inches in diameter and bundle them in four foot lengths, keep large timbers and large fence pickets with nails out of the pile, and never put green waste in the solid waste or recycling cart.
Nothing goes into the street right of way before noon the day before collection, carts have to be out no later than 7 a.m. on the collection day, and the emptied cart has to be off the right of way by 8 a.m. the following morning. Carts go at the curb with the wheels facing the house and the lid opening toward the street, four feet apart and four feet clear of mailboxes, cars and posts, and they stay at the curb until the end of the collection day because the arrival time can change.
