Get it ready
Secure the load, because an unsecured load is charged a fee, and keep restricted streams out of a general waste load: if restricted material is mixed with other refuse the highest applicable charge applies to the whole load and the landfill may refuse it. Separate the streams before the scale

The rate sheet charges general waste loads, a lower rate for a vehicle carrying only cement, asphalt, concrete, soil or rock, and per unit rates for cooling appliances, televisions and computer hardware, and per tire rates for small tire loads. Chemicals are free, but they never go in the cart

Household hazardous waste is refused in the garbage container and goes free to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility at the Sudbury Landfill, which serves Walla Walla County residents and refuses business waste.
