When & how
Book the pickup with CR&R at (877) 728-0446 and set the furniture out on the day they confirm. Do not leave furniture beside the carts on an ordinary collection day, because the guide says items outside the carts are not collected.
Get it ready
Keep each piece within what a two-person crew can manage, take loose cushions and drawers off and bag them, and clear the set-out spot of obstructions. If the load is bigger than four items or a clean-out, ask CR&R about a larger container instead.
Carts go to the curbside no later than 6:30 am on collection day, with the handles and wheels facing toward the home, side by side about 1 foot apart and at least 3 feet from any obstruction such as a fire hydrant or a tree. Carts come back in within 12 hours after service, and items placed outside of carts are not collected.
A bulky item is anything that will not fit in the automated carts and that a two-person crew can manage, and CR&R collects bulky items and white goods from the curbside by arrangement. The rate sheet prices the on-call pickup for up to four items, and larger containers from three yards to forty yards can be ordered for clean-out projects.

Call CR&R customer service at (877) 728-0446, describe the items, and set them out on the day the hauler confirms. New residents can also ask about the move-in special for paper, cardboard and packing material.
Up to four items in one on-call pickup, and every item has to be manageable by a two-person crew. Anything left outside the carts without a booking is not collected, and universal waste, paint and chemicals cannot ride this load.

Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
