Match the screen

Flat screen or tube? Start with the shape.

The TV’s type and size determine which item to choose. A new model and an old model can use the same option if their shape and screen size match.

Flat-screen TVs

Measure the screen diagonally, corner to corner, without the frame. Choose under 42 inches or 42 inches and larger. A TV measuring exactly 42 inches belongs to the larger option.

Tube TVs

An older tube or CRT television has curved glass and a deep, heavy body. Choose Tube TV even if its screen is small. A rear-projection TV is different; send a photo before booking so we can check the fit.

TV stands and other electronics

The TV price covers the television. Add a media console, computer monitor or other item separately if it is going too. Choose only what you want removed and review the combined price.

Televisions, computers and electronics

Accepted with preparation

Electronic waste is named in the hauler's bulky item program, and televisions, monitors and computers are recycled at Riverside County landfills and county collection events.

City cost & eligibility
No charge. Three bulky item pickups a calendar year are free for residents with curbside cart service, and electronic waste counts inside the six items or ten 32-gallon bags per pickup, with further pickups available for a small fee. At a county landfill, up to two cathode ray tube devices such as televisions or monitors are free per residential customer per day.
When & how
Schedule the bulky pickup with WM at least 48 hours before your regular collection day and put the electronics out on the morning of collection, or take them to a county landfill and hand them over for recycling.
Get it ready
Keep electronics out of the trash, recycling and organics carts, erase personal data from computers, phones and drives before the devices leave your hands, and bag small accessories together so they do not scatter.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

TV removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Eastvale.

How much does TV removal cost in Eastvale?

A flat-screen TV under 42 inches is $79 as the first item and $19 as an additional item. Larger flat screens and tube TVs have their own prices. Loading, transportation and disposal are included. Choose the type that matches your TV and review your total, including any applicable tax, before payment.

Can I get same-day TV pickup in Eastvale?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup. Choose from the dates offered at checkout and have the TV outside according to your confirmation. We text you when your hauler is on the way and provide photos when the pickup is done.

Will Dropcurb remove my TV from the wall or carry it downstairs?

You arrange unmounting, disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb starts at an accessible outdoor location, where we load your TV and take it away. If you need help removing a mounted TV or moving a heavy tube TV outside, arrange that separately before your pickup day.

Do you pick up old tube or CRT televisions?

Yes. Choose Tube TV for an older television with curved glass and a deep, heavy body. Its price is $249 as the first item and $249 as an additional item. A rear-projection television is a different item; send a photo before booking rather than choosing the tube-TV option.

Does my old TV have to work?

Your TV does not need to turn on for removal. Choose its type and size and arrange to have it outside before pickup. A non-working TV and a TV with exposed broken glass are different situations; send a photo of unusual damage so we can confirm the plan before you book.

Where do televisions and computers go in Eastvale?

Electronic waste is named as a bulky item for the curbside pickup, with three free pickups a calendar year at up to six items or ten 32-gallon bags each. Riverside County landfills also recycle electronic waste and take up to two televisions or monitors free per residential customer per day, and the county hazardous waste collection sites accept televisions, monitors and computers as well.Official guidance
