Cancel anytime before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is free. Contact us before 10:00 AM on your pickup day to move it to a different date. You can reschedule by emailing jack@dropcurb.com or calling (844) 879-0892.
After 10:00 AM on pickup day:
If a hauler has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or reschedule same-day. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
