What happens if the hauler doesn't show up?

Every hauler is verified and insured. If your pickup isn't completed by 8:00 PM, we rebook it at no cost and prioritize it for the next morning.

Every Dropcurb hauler is verified, insured, and local to your service area. Missed pickups are rare, but here's exactly what happens if one occurs.

Our pickup guarantee:

If your items aren't picked up by 8:00 PM on your scheduled pickup day:

  • We rebook your pickup at no additional cost
  • Your order is prioritized for first thing the next morning
  • We notify you immediately with the updated timeline

You never pay more, and you don't need to rebook yourself. We handle it.

How we prevent missed pickups:

  • All haulers are verified before joining the platform
  • All haulers carry insurance
  • Haulers are local to your service area — they know the neighborhoods
  • We send text updates so you always know the status of your pickup

What you'll receive throughout the process:

  1. Booking confirmation with pickup details
  2. Text when your hauler is on the way
  3. Photo confirmation when the pickup is complete
